We are looking for an experienced Business Performance Analyst to join our growing organisation. As a Business Performance Analyst, you will analyse the performance of our portfolio businesses, extract data, synthesise into reports and draw out insights to inform ongoing business growth. Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Liaise with clients to understand and codify their internal operations
  • Identify sources of performance data, extract the data and synthesise into insightful performance reports
  • Create and communicate weekly ongoing performance reports for clients
  • Create growth models for client proposals
  • Set up Business Intelligence tools for live performance tracking, reporting and dashboarding
  • Must be familiar with web and app analytics tools

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence analyst or similar role
  • Minimum BSc Degree in Mathematics, Sciences or related subjects
  • Background in statistical analysis is a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Good understanding of marketing and business performance metrics
  • Excellent multitasking skills, and keeping to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Self-Motivated

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to :

  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management
  • Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
  • Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Reports progress to senior marketing management
  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
  • Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
  • Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Experience using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with creating website content
